How can I track my order?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Modifications to your shipping address can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please reach out to us as soon as possible. After 24 hours, changes may not be possible, and additional charges may apply. Once an order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
What if I need to cancel or modify my order?
Cancellations are not allowed; all sales are final. However, modifications to your order (like changing the shipping address) can be made within 24 hours.
I have made my order but not paid yet. Will it be processed?
No, your order will not be processed until payment is received.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?

I have changed my mind upon receipt of the order / placed the order / it’s been shipped but not yet received. Can I cancel and ask for a refund?

I received my order and realized the specifications were wrong. Can I return & exchange it?

What about taxes, custom duties, and import duties?
All taxes, customs duties, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may be applied upon the arrival of your order in your country. Failure to pay these charges may result in delivery failure, return, destruction of the package, or it being held at customs. We do not provide refunds or replacements in such cases, and additional charges for reshipping may apply.
What happens if my order fails to be delivered due to a wrong or insufficient address?
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges will apply to reship the package to the correct address. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate when placing your order.
