Delivery Time Information
Please note that the delivery time for your order consists of two parts:
1. Processing Time: This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order before it’s shipped. Our processing time typically ranges from 3 to 14 business days.
2. Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for your order to reach you after it has been shipped. The shipping time shown during checkout only accounts for this period and does not include the order processing time.
Important: The shipping time is calculated from the moment your order is shipped, not from the time you place your order. Please be aware that the total time it will take for your order to arrive includes both the processing time and the shipping time.

All orders are processed within 3-14 business days. This time frame includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Below are the estimated shipping times for different regions:
• United States: 7-19 business days
• Asia: 7-15 business days
• Mexico, Europe, Switzerland, Norway: 9-23 business days
• United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7-17 business days
• UAE, Saudi Arabia: 9-19 business days
• Chile, Brazil, Peru, Indonesia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Israel, Colombia: 9-25 business days
• India, Turkey: 3-8 weeks

3. Expedited Shipping
We do not offer expedited shipping as a standard option. If you require faster delivery, please contact us at hello@kutieverseland.com, and we will assess the possibility of arranging expedited shipping. Any additional shipping fees will be calculated and communicated at that time.
4. Free Shipping Thresholds
We offer free shipping on orders that meet the following minimum purchase amounts (in USD):
• Over $50: United States, Asia (China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines), Mexico
• Over $80: Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Greece, Poland, Luxembourg), United Kingdom
• Over $100: Canada, UAE, Australia, New Zealand
• Over $120: Europe (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Cyprus, Malta), Switzerland, Norway, Saudi Arabia
• Over $150: Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Israel, India, Indonesia, Turkey, Peru

5. Shipping Carriers
We use local postal services at our discretion for shipping your orders. Please note that customers cannot choose the shipping carrier.
6. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided for all orders. While we monitor tracking as a secondary measure to ensure your order is on its way, it is your responsibility to keep track of your order using the tracking number provided. Due to the volume of orders, we may not always notice issues in time, so please monitor your shipment closely. Our tracking efforts are an additional safeguard, but they do not replace your responsibility as the recipient.
7. Shipping Delays
Kutieverseland is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, these time ranges are only estimates, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
8. Customs & Duties
Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay these charges may result in delivery failure, the return of the package, destruction of the package, or it being held at customs. Kutieverseland will not provide refunds or send replacements in such cases. Additional charges for reshipping a returned package will be borne by the customer.
9. No Rush Orders
Please note that we do not accept rush orders. If you are leaving soon, moving, going on vacation, or need the item urgently (e.g., for a birthday or gift), we recommend not placing an order. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been shipped. Any additional charges for reshipping a package due to these circumstances will be the responsibility of the customer.
10. Shipping Address Accuracy
To ensure the timely and accurate delivery of your order, it is crucial that you provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check all details, including your street address, city, postal code, and any apartment or unit numbers. Kutieverseland is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order to the correct address. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.
