Return & Refund Policy

At Kutieverseland, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. To maintain a high standard of service, we have established the following comprehensive Return & Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

 

1. General Policy

 

All sales at Kutieverseland are final. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that our products (including but not limited to: handmade items, such as keychains, fabric coasters, fabric pouches, baskets, and press-on nails) may not be flawless due to their handcrafted nature. This uniqueness is part of the charm of handmade goods. Therefore, returns and refunds are generally not accepted, except under specific conditions outlined below.

 

2. Conditions for Return & Refund

 

Returns or refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Defective Products: If the product you receive is defective due to a manufacturing error or any fault on our part.
Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive an incorrect item or if any item from your order is missing, due to our mistake.
Out of Stock Items: If an item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.

Other Situations: Any other situations are solely at our discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

3. Return & Refund Process

 

3.1 Notification

• You must notify us
within 7 business days of receiving the item if there is an issue. Please email us at hello@kutieverseland.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

3.2 Approval

• Do not return any items without receiving approval from us first. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with specific return shipping instructions, including the address to which the item should be sent.

3.3 Return Conditions

• Approved returns must be shipped
within 7 days from the date of approval. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

3.4 Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
• Refunds: If a refund is approved, the original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


4. Exceptions


• Customer Errors: Returns or refunds are
not eligible for issues caused by customer errors, such as ordering the wrong product specifications, providing an incorrect shipping address, etc.
• Final Sale Items: Final sale items, including those marked as clearance or discounted, are
not eligible for return or refund.
• Other Conditions: Any other conditions that are not specified under Paragraph 2.0 will also
not be eligible for returns or refunds, unless explicitly approved by Kutieverseland.

 

5. Handmade Items


Our handmade products, including (but not limited to) keychains, fabric coasters, fabric pouches, baskets, and press-on nails, are crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to their handcrafted nature, slight imperfections or variations may occur. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics, and as such, all sales are final.


6. Force Majeure


Kutieverseland is not responsible for delays, damages, or other issues caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.


7. Dispute Resolution


By placing an order with Kutieverseland, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Return & Refund Policy, along with our Terms of Service. In the event of a dispute, you agree that:

• Agreement to Terms: By making a purchase, you accept all the terms outlined in this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the conditions for returns, refunds, and exceptions.
• Limitation of Liability: You agree that our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Arbitration Clause: Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws. You waive your right to pursue any claims through class action lawsuits, court trials, or any other forms of collective redress.

 

8. Jurisdiction


This Return & Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal actions or proceedings related to this policy shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.
